Turkey Quesabirria

<p>Quesabirria is a mashup of birria, a traditional Mexican stew, and a cheese quesadilla. Chef Barbara Alexander from The Culinary Institute of America shows us how to make quesabirria using turkey thigh roast that she simmers in a rich chile colorado paste.
