Turkey Bulgogi Barbagiuan

<p>Barbagiuan is a specialty flaky fritter of the Mediterranean. Chef Darryl Bell of Press Restaurant in St. Helena, CA, shows us how to make this barbagiuan stuffed with turkey bulgogi. Chef Darryl infuses turkey breast in a flavor-packed Korean marinade with soy sauce, ginger, garlic and more. The turkey is then seared and stuffed inside the barbagiuan pastry before getting fried.
