<p>Nomination of a ‘special interest in delivery’ for a carriage under the <a href="https://treaties.un.org/Pages/ViewDetails.aspx?src=IND&amp;mtdsg_no=XI-B-11&amp;chapter=11&amp;clang=_en" target="_blank">CMR Convention</a> remains insufficient on its own; it is necessary for the value to be declared in the consignment note – a German interpretation.</p>
