Melanie offers a boutique experience to her investors and aims to have a personal relationship with each investor-friend.</p> <p>Melanie's real estate journey began in 2015 when she read Rich Dad, Poor Dad by Robert Kiyosaki. It completely shifted her mindset about money and wealth. She was a law enforcement park ranger at the time, and it took until 2017 for her to prepare to leave the W-2 government job to jump into real estate full time. She started as a real estate agent and went full time into multifamily syndication in early 2020.
