Trump Would Be The Fourth President To Skip An Inauguration

President Trump said Friday that he won’t attend President-elect Joe Biden’s inauguration on Jan. 20, making him the fourth outgoing president to avoid the swearing-in ceremonies.<br /><br /> John Adams in 1801, John Quincy Adams in 1829 and Andrew Johnson in 1869 -- refused to attend their successors' inaugurations.
