Troy, NY Police Disciplinary Records will be Released

50a, the New York State law that required the concealment of Police disciplinary records was overturned in 2020. Since then the NYCLU has been working hard to extract records from different municipalities and the State Police. Bobby Hodgson a supervising attorney at the New York Civil Liberties Union, has been leading these efforts.
