TriumphTuesday and it's our 500th Episode - 08.16.22

<p><em><strong>TwoSistas</strong></em> and it’s TriumphTuesday @ Night on August 16, 2022 and this is a very significant episode! &nbsp;<em><strong>We celebrate the 500th Episode</strong></em>!! &nbsp;That’s a lot of “Cassella Sistas’ Chit Chat”!! &nbsp;A very brief history of the <em><strong>TwoSistas</strong></em> podcast (we are in the process of preparing our 500th Special Blog and will update once we publish it on our website):</p> <ul> <li>May 1, 2020 - Janis to Carroll-Sue - we should start a podcast!</li> <li>May 4, 2020 was our very first episode - “May the 4th Be With You”</li> <li>May 20, 2020 we welcomed our first guest, Kelley Tyan.</li> <li>May 22, 2020 we started a new segment, HomeTown Heroes and our guest was our grand niece, Kaleigh Goodwin.</li> <li>July 24, 2020 - our first night time podcast.</li> <li>January 22, 2021 - our first guest in 2021, Stacie Boyar.</li> <li>January 5, 2022 - our first guest in 2022, Mary Jenkins.</li> </ul> <p>There were a lot of laughs, some tears, differences of opinion (which we always respect) and through it all, we have met so many amazing guests from around the world! &nbsp;We often chatted about sensitive subjects such as politics (well, it does come up in conversation a lot!)</p> <p>We shared our personal lives, raw, authentic and real. &nbsp;Our Dad was able to see us in action as we broadcasted live and we shared with our audience the pain we felt when our Dad passed away. &nbsp;We took breaks from time-to-time and came back always with more to share, always with intent and purpose, always with sharing what we are passionate about - wellness through fitness and nutrition!</p> <p>Who knows what the next “500” will bring but we do know this: &nbsp;it will be flippin awesome!</p> <p>Please go to our website and leave us a voice message - we would love to hear from you! &nbsp;What was your favorite episode?</p> <p><a href="https://www.twosistas.online/"><u>https://www.twosistas.online/</u></a></p>
