Trigger Hunting: Owning Your Ache

I am going to start treasure hunting for my triggers. I am going to use this mindset shift as a way to rise above myself and see my triggers for what they are, so I can face them head-on. Those triggers are gold...they are our growth opportunities to see something in ourselves that we have been overlooking or to heal an old wound. </p> <p>Try checking in with yourself every night and if you feel off ask yourself why and try to look for the answer instead of avoiding it.
