Tribunal sacks Gov Uba Sani, declares election inconclusive

<p>The governorship Election Petition Tribunal sitting in Kaduna State on Thursday sacked Governor Uba Sani of the All Progressives Congress (APC).</p>, <p>The tribunal declared that the 2023 governorship election in the state was inconclusive.</p>, <p>DAILY POST reports that the verdict was announced via zoom after the judges shunned the physical hall.</p>, <p>It ordered that fresh elections be conducted in seven wards of four local government areas in the State.</p>, <p>The petition was filed by the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, and its candidate, Isa Ashiru.</p>
