Transfer: PSG president gives update on Mbappe’s future

<p>Paris Saint-Germain president Naseer Al-Khelaifi, has confirmed Kylian Mbappe will stay at the club beyond this summer.</p>, <p>Mbappe’s future with the Ligue 1 champions was uncertain for most of the off season after he made it clear he will not sign a contract extension.</p>, <p>The 24-year-old, whose current deal expires in June 2024, however, refused offers to leave PSG.</p>, <p>After being frozen out of first-team training, he was eventually reintegrated and has already scored in league fixtures.</p>, <p>“We have had very good discussions with Kylian. He’s a magnificent player, as a person and as a professional,” Al-Khelaifi told RMC.</p>, <p>“We’ve had discussions with the rest of his family.</p>, <p>“New deal? I don’t want to talk about that. Mbappé is PSG player.”</p>
