Transfer: Osimhen provides updates on contract negotiations with Napoli

<p>Victor Osimhen has revealed he is still in talks with Napoli for a contract extension.</p>, <p>The Serie A champions are trying to tie down the Nigeria international to a new contract after keeping him away from the European big guns this summer.</p>, <p>Napoli also reportedly rejected two bids from Saudi Arabia Professional Football League outfit, Al Hilal for the player.</p>, <p>There were reports that Osimhen and the club have agreed on a new contract but the forward hinted that nothing is signed yet.</p>, <p>“There was a lot of speculation which is true,” Osimhen told DAZN.</p>, <p>“The president is the boss. We are still negotiating over a new contract, we’ll see at the end of the transfer window. For now, I am a Napoli player which is the most important thing. I will give my heart and soul to this team as I’ve always done in the past. We’ll see what happens.”</p>
