Transfer: Arsenal announce deal for Bandeira

<p>Arsenal have confirmed that midfielder Mauro Bandeira has left the club to join League Two side Colchester United on a season-long loan.</p>, <p>The Gunners disclosed this in a statement via its website on Tuesday.</p>, <p>“We wish Mauro all the best with Colchester United this coming season and look forward to watching his continued development,” Arsenal’s statement read in part.</p>, <p>Bandeira joined Arsenal back in 2016 and has been a key figure in the club’s academy sides ever since.</p>, <p>The 19-year-old signed his first professional contract with the Gunners in July 2022.</p>, <p>He made 23 appearances in all competitions for Arsenal’s Under-21 team last season, scoring three goals and registering two.</p>
