Transactional vs Transformational (The Mindset of High Achievers)

<p>Day in and day out we are focused on transaction completing tasks, checking off to-dos but when it comes to something like your money it’s more than just transactional it’s transformational.</p><p>In today's <strong><em>Better Wealth Episode, </em></strong>I compare the difference between transactional and transformational. A great book that influenced my view of transformational mindset, and one I highly recommend, was <strong><em>Give And Take</em></strong> by Adam Grant. Transactions are a way of life and they are not wrong, but when someone stops at “transaction” only you can get in trouble and miss out on something more impactful.
