Top 5 Patriotic Movies

<p>Between that and the gung-ho feature length military advertisement <a href= "https://www.alternateending.com/2022/05/top-gun-maverick-2022.html"> <em>Top Gun: Maverick</em></a> continuing its jaw-dropping run at the box office (and secondarily, US Independence Day), it seemed like a perfect time to take a look at the long history of movies designed in part, or in full, to celebrate the love of Queen and Country, give or take the Queen.</p> <p>We'll be bringing you our Top 5 patriotic movies, with celebrations of national pride from the U.S. and around the globe (Tim does love his Japanese WWII propaganda films), those films that make you want to stand up and sing the bits of the national anthem that you actually know the words to.</p> <p>Come wave a flag with us, we're not choosy about which one.
