<p>Tony Martignetti was a young artist and was told to find something to do with his life where he could make money. Put your gifts aside and learn a marketable skill, he was told. So, that’s what he did. He eventually was working on some exciting biotech and life sciences solutions that helped a lot of people. But observing the lives and energy of fellow executives, while becoming aware of his own, made him realize this wasn’t for him. At a moment of clarity, he walked out of a board meeting, gave his two weeks notice and started his journey of self-discovery and self-definition.
