The family</strong> <strong>office is Whitney Wilder and</strong> <strong>it&#39;s technically a</strong> <strong>multifamily office based in St. Petersburg, Florida, that</strong> <strong>operates like a private equity</strong> <strong>firm, but without a fund, giving them</strong> <strong>lots of flexibility,</strong> <strong>investments, and timelines.
