<p>For more than 10 years, my guest has taught tens of thousands of people how to invest in real estate, using little or none of their own money. &nbsp;His seminars, home study courses, consulting, mentoring, and coaching programs guide people on their way to financial freedom, and more meaningful and purposeful lives. &nbsp;&nbsp;He bought his first investment property as a broke sophomore in college. &nbsp;After graduating from one of the top engineering schools in the country, his plan was to work as an engineer for 5 years, then voluntarily leave engineering to focus full-time on his real estate investment business. &nbsp;Fortunately he was blessed that things turned out exactly that way.
