<p>In 2016 Natsumi Kogawa was a 30-year-old woman from Japan who was studying in Vancouver BC.&nbsp;

Her light shone brightly to all who knew her.&nbsp;

She was murdered by a career criminal, sexual predator, and violent offender named William Victor Schneider.&nbsp;

Schneider would initially confess to the murder and the evidence would also prove guilt.&nbsp;

However, William Schneider has recently won an appeal in his murder conviction.&nbsp;
