Hey, Heifers! Phone calls are not my favorite thing in the world. I tend to feel put on the spot and usually think I'm going to sound like an idiot. But, over the years I've built up some phone call skillz and thought I'd share some of my tips with you! Mostly, just know that it's okay if you hate phone calls.
