We have reported on the show previously about the ongoing problems with anti-social behaviour and destruction at the new playground and track at the TUS campus in Clonmel. Well one man has taken a novel approach to try to address these problems. Our Reporter Alison Hyland was at TUS to speak to Patrick Davoren.
