Time As A Resource

<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">How can I be as efficient as possible? Constantly reconsidering and pressuring ourselves to be the best that we can possibly be with the short time that we have.</span></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Time is the only resource that we can’t get more of. We are told by some not to waste time and by others to take as much time as we need, but what is the right approach. </span></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;"> </span></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">At times we feel overwhelmed and overworked and all we want to do is turn our brains off at other times we compare and shame ourselves for not doing more.</span></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;"> </span></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Think today about which state you find yourself in relative to your own time.
