Tiff Zapico - True Freedom comes from Believing in the Power of the Mind

<p class="p1">Tiff Zapico likes her “woo woo” with a side of science (i.e. neuroplasticity). She came from a “disadvantaged circumstance and poverty” with both parents being drug addicts and despite that, Tiff worked her way up to a highly successful position in New York City. And yet… she was feeling lost and confused.</p> <p class="p1">Even though she had an amazing job, a big part of her wasn't happy and wasn't sure what to do next. </p> <p class="p1" style="text-align: center;"><em>“I thought I was living my best life… but there was a part of me that wanted more… and a part of me that thought I wasn’t worthy of more.”</em></p> <p class="p1">She realized that she had some deeply rooted beliefs that she wasn’t <strong>safe, lovable,</strong> or <strong>worthy.</strong></p> <p class="p1">That voice in her head was telling her awful stories, like:</p> <ul class="ul1"> <li class="li1"><em>You don’t deserve more</em></li> <li class="li1"><em>You should be happy with what you have.</em></li> <li class="li1"><em>It’s good enough.</em></li> <li class="li1"><em>So many would be grateful to have what you have.</em></li> <li class="li1"><em>Why do you want more?</em></li> </ul> <p class="p1">The universe was whispering subtle hints, changes and red flags to her but Tiff preferred her old known route:</p> <p class="p1" style="text-align: center;">IGNORE.</p> <p class="p1" style="text-align: center;">BURY.</p> <p class="p1" style="text-align: center;">MOVE ON.</p> <p class="p1">However, everything came to a head and she found herself in the “perfect storm.” Her work was in conflict. Her engagement ended.<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span> Her wedding was off. </p> <p class="p1">She was checked out of her own life and was seeking solace in food.
