A lesser-known “hidden gem” of the CT beer scene, the microbrewery was founded by a pair of friends in 2015. They continue to operate on an intimate 5-barrel system with a focus on locally sourced ingredients, diversity of styles and, above all, drinkability.</p> <p>Featured beers: Kievets Hoek Belgian Tripel, All Your Hop are Belong to Us IPA and Sappy, Sappy, Joy, Joy Maple Stout.
