According to Barnett, we are more likely to achieve great things institutionally when we can mentor our team members to be adaptable leaders who know how to respond to what is needed in the moment. As she concludes: &quot;Teams and organizations almost always function best when everyone knows what to do and how to lead from where they located in the institution.
