This is 40. Four Lessons From Four Decades of Life

This Summer, I celebrated my 40th trip around the sun. While that sounds like a long time to some — life always seems to go by in a flash. This week, I share the four main lessons I’ve learned from my four decades of life. Hallie and I discuss both how to accept the deck of cards you’ve been dealt in life each day, and also to take inspired action towards building a life of work, learning, fun, and play. We talk about the importance of self-inquiry, what it really means to live a limitless life, and what it really means to be selfish.
