<p>The Cookbook Library: Four Centuries of the Cooks, Writers, and Recipes That Made the Modern Cookbook is a gorgeous step back in time, telling us what our ancestors ate--particularly the aristocracy of each century--is this wonderfully written book by Anne Willan and her husband Mark Cherniavsky with Kyri Clafin.
