The World’s Strongest One Armed Man Logan Aldridge

<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">At 13 years of age Logan lost his arm in a wakeboarding accident - has that limited his life? Nope- not at all! You may not be able to control the adversity you face, but that doesn't mean you don't control your destiny! In this interview, he discusses how he will never accept the expectations of others and is dedicated to spreading awareness and opportunities through education. Logan says you have to accept the reality of the situation, be grateful for the abundance that you have, be mindful what you focus on, and always keep learning.
