The Tuck in At 10: 2022 Life Lessons and 2023 application of insight!

First episode of 2023!! The ending of one year, and the beginning of another is often times the most reflective for many individuals. I usually take a look back over the year, and truthfully determine the lessons that I was given the opportunity to learn. Sometimes we can feel very negatively about the experiences that brought us the lesson so I am choosing not to focus on that, but rather extracting from the lesson, the principal that I need to apply for greater success in 2023. . If God allows, I will be turning 50 this year on July 20. We are 200 days away from the big celebration as a countdown. I am going to be focused on me this year. I encourage all of us to take a break and redirect our focus on the care that we all need for ourselves. By focusing on ME in 2023, I foresee becoming more fruitful, and a greater blessing to myself and others.
