It’s been normalized in pop culture by sitcoms, movies, and thousands of articles and YouTube videos.</p> <p>But is there truth to this metaphysically-based love theory? </p> <p>In this episode I offer my critique on the twin flame journey based on my own experience. I look at the darker and dysfunctional aspects of the twin flame framework that we need to watch out for and how we can use it as a tool for self-exploration and healing.</p>
