And as always, I’ll give you something to implement right away</p> <p>Lets start with how you might define and expect to experience motivation</p> <ol> <li>Motivation is something you have or something you feel that helps you take action toward something you want/to achieve a goal</li> <li>When you feel motivated you feel good and have good thoughts about yourself & your goal</li> <li>When motivation is absent you feel bad, probably have a whole heap of negative conversations in your head – about you and tell yourself “you’ll never make it/get there”.</li> </ol> <p> 3 ways that DESTROY motivation</p> <p>#1. Letting your results determine your degree of motivation</p> <p>#2. Defining motivation in terms of how much you get done/productivity</p> <p>#3.
