<p>In this episode, I sat down with Jim Sterne, an author, speaker, and consultant for over 25 years. He has written a dozen books on advertising, marketing, customer service, email marketing and web analytics. He is the founder of the Marketing Analytics Summit (eMetrics Summit), co-founder of the Digital Analytics Association, and creator of the Analytics Cohorts mutual mentorship program.</p> <p>We discuss Jim's story, how customers' interactions with businesses has changed after the internet became a thing, and different ways to get involved in the marketing world (along with some great stories).</p>
