The Tale of Finbar the Inventor

<p>An old English Proverb states that: “Necessity is the Mother of Invention”</p> <p>Meet Finbar, an enigmatic Elf of the Shire, whose life and work transform his village and all those who live there.</p> <p>Let us make our way, my elvish friends, across the emerald landscapes of the Shire. The term shire was first attributed to the counties in central and southern England which were housed under the authority of the “shire reeve,” or Sherriff.</p> <p>We shall take a rolling jaunt over the hills and through the winding creeks and pine, chestnut, oak, ash and beech trees.</p>
