The Supreme Court Hears Oral Arguments in Moore v. Harper

On Dec. 7, the Supreme Court heard oral arguments in <em>Moore v. Harper, </em>addressing the issue of the North Carolina state legislature’s heavily gerrymandered congressional districts.
