A classic film follows Block as he travels back home after the crusades, looking for life's mysteries, and challenging death to a game of chess for his soul. While this is a loose description, this is what most people know about this film, and to be honest, it is much more than this. While being a slow burn you get to seek the same questions. This can be terrifying for some in its own right but "we must make an idol of our fear, and call it God"</p>
