The Sanctity of Marriage

By Ben Light in Salem, OR - February 26, 2022 - Marriage was instituted by God, and as such - He is the One who sets the boundaries and the definitions of what marriage is. It is not simply a legal arrangement that provides tax breaks and simplicity of insurance claims... marriage is a covenant made before God, with specific roles, lessons and purposes, in order to parallel the relationship of Christ and His Church. What does God have to say about marriage? How can we learn the lessons that He intends us to learn? What is the purpose of this covenant?
