THE RECORD OF JESUS AS THE MESSIAH

<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Today, we begin our study of the Gospel of Matthew, the very first story of Jesus in the Bible.<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span> I want to approach this revelation with a sacred search of who Jesus is.</span></p> <p class="p1"><span class="s1">We are told Matthew wrote this revelation to the Jews to show why Jesus is the Messiah.<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span> It begins with the genealogy of JEsus and ends with His commission to go to the world with the love and joy and hope of His salvation message.</span></p> <p class="p1"><span class="s1">We will discover fresh insight into Jesus and His mission, which imparts to us our purpose for living today.<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span> The Global War is all around us.<span class= "Apple-converted-space"> </span> Jesus faced persecution and death as the Son of God.<span class= "Apple-converted-space"> </span> He did it in the love and power of God.<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span> So can we!</span></p>
