<p>It's a serious commitment to work with a coach. And it's a big decision. I had thought people simply wanted to get things done. Achieve a goal, reach a target, and usually this is what prompts someone to start working with a coach.</p> <p>A coach will help a client with the starting objectives/goals/targets which brought them together.
