Sometimes we forget how precious the moments of our life can be. We forget that to live in the certainty of the present is to live in the faith of co-creation.</p> <p> </p> <p>Everything that we experience can be placed in the realm of the divine ~ our grace and passion for life is what drives the endless flow of abundance that we witness ~ that we receive.</p> <p> </p> <p>Use this mantra to remember the purity of what you live:</p> <p>‘All of the present is my fervent (impassioned) wonder. I witness before me the grace of life. I live this grace as beauty, as joy, as gratitude, as abundance, and as love ~ for as long as I continue to acknowledge the purity of all things before me.’</p> <p> </p> <p style="text-align:center;">What about a deep dive into the pureness of the present moment?</p> <p>In this episode we explore the sacred teaching of the first of five niyamas – saucha which translates from Sanskrit as ~purity~</p> <p> </p> <p>There are eight limbs or paths that comprise the yoga sutras. Niyamas are the second limb and consist of five observances ~ observances or proclamations as ideals for how to live one’s life.</p> <p> </p> <p>These are akin to living the possibility of something more ~ of better ~ of an ideal ~ ‘a best practice.’ </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>Each of the Niyamas point us in a direction of something better; something more and they are also invaluable as spiritual teachings for living an auspicious and beautiful life. Certainly, you do not have to be on a spiritual quest to appreciate and embody what these teachings bring to your life.</p> <p> </p>
