<p> Wednesday 28th April </p> <p><br></p> <p><br></p> <p>The Power of Repetition 3</p> <p> </p> <p><br></p> <p>In the story of creation, the most common term used was “God said”. Have you ever considered why this was so? Everyday day of creation, God had to say something before creation happened. Why didn’t He just say everything at once “Let there be sky, sea, Land, sea and air animals, plants, sun etc”? He went through the daily repetition of speaking because He wanted us to be deeply impacted by the power of words in the process of creation. </p> <p> </p> <p>Joshua 1:8 (NKJV), This Book of the Law shall not depart from your mouth, but you shall meditate in it day and night, that you may observe to do according to all that is written in it. For then you will make your way prosperous, and then you will have good success.</p> <p> </p> <p>The first part of this verse says, “you shall meditate on it day and night”. To meditate means to ruminate over a subject matter over and over again. It is to rollover an idea of thought over and over again in the mind. God wants us to think about His Word repeatedly. He wants us to keep His words in our mind continuously, day and night.</p> <p><br></p> <p>Psalm 1 2-3 (MSG), Instead you thrill to God’s Word, you chew on Scripture day and night. You’re a tree replanted in Eden, bearing fresh fruit every month. Never dropping a leaf, always in blossom.</p> <p> </p> <p>The word chew is used as meditation in this bible passage. To chew is to eat something continuously and that is what meditation is, thinking over God’s Word, over and over again. When we meditate on the word of God continually, it transforms our life. It takes your life from the struggle realm and replants in the Garden of Eden.</p> <p> </p> <p>If you want to develop mastery in any area of your life and move in a new direction, practice the law of repetition, especially when it comes to the word of God.</p> <p> </p> <p>May the power of repetition w
