When we go over something over and over again, that process helps us to develop mastery. It infuses us with power and allows our spirit to gain a deeper level of insight and knowledge. Besides, repetition helps us to develop discipline and reap investment of time. Repetition is investment of time. This is because we are taking time to rehearse, learn and relearn what we have already learnt. Thus, what happened during repetition is our ability to invest enough time over a particular activity until we become lord or master. In this regard, repetition is a powerful tool knowledge acquisition.</p> <p><br></p> <p>Philippians 3:1 (GNB),&nbsp;In conclusion, my friends, be joyful in your union with the Lord. I don't mind repeating what I have written before, and you will be safer if I do so.&nbsp;</p> <p><br></p> <p>Apostle Paul is re-emphasizing the power of repetition here. He said, I do not mind repeating myself over and over again because it is good for you and your faith can be safeguarded through repetition. Some of us have a wrong attitude towards repetition. We feel it is a waste of time. However, repetition has a way of making knowledge to sink deeper. It helps to gain deep insight and proficiency over a subject matter.</p> <p><br></p> <p>&nbsp;Look at how ocean water could break down a big rock or mountain. By continuously hitting the rock, water has the ability to penetrate a mighty rock and become stones. Water has the ability to consume or grind out a rock. The stones and pebbles that you see in the water are the effect of ceaselessly splashing water on a mighty mountain. This continues for a long period of time until the rocks and mountains give way. It continues until the rocks succumbs to the repetitive power of water splashing. In effect, the water that seems inconsequential, weightless, and formless could actually break
