The Power of Accountability

<p>Most of the mamas who come to me for coaching either have specific goals in mind, or we make them together. Big goals are great, but the ones that have the most impact are ones that measure the gradual progress of the business. How do we continue progressing?  </p><p>Through accountability. </p><p>Sometimes, accountability can sound like a buzzword that doesn’t mean much. Today, I want to talk to you about how much accountability matters, and how learning strategies to keep yourself accountable are going to have a huge impact on your business. </p><p>We’ll talk about the four Tendencies that people fall under in dealing with accountability, and how understanding your own Tendency can help you in finding those strategies.
