<p>In business there are so many distractions, so what I have found as a powerful tool is to develop a cause, put a timeline on that cause and challenge your team to achieve the cause. I have been seeing a lot of challenges going on so I thought it was time we do a challenge. So we did a 7 Listings in 30 Days Challenge, the outcome and commitment was amazing. You could feel the focus everyday within these agents and it was almost the jolt everyone needed.
