A war where Russia, a wealthy, militarily advanced, motivated and patriotic nation has lost to the fourth world backwater of Ukraine. </span></p><p><span style="font-family: verdana;">Speaking about places no one has heard of before this week, American news analysts, pondering over colorful maps about which they have no understanding, proclaim a Russian defeat at Kharkov or Liman.
