The need for a large heart in raising disciples

<p>The discussion in this episode centers around Abram's large heart in his relationship with Lot. Abram models a virtue needed for raising disciples in the Christian faith. In a sense, we see a pastoral heart of a genuine mentor or disciple-maker in Abram. Abram's heart was "roomy" enough to overlook Lot's error and still run to his rescue while Lot was in trouble.
