The Murder of Christine Lee Silawan

<p>Lagim&apos;s third episode tells the story of 16-year-old Christine Lee Silawan from Lapu-Lapu City. On the morning of March 11th 2019, residents of Sitio Mahayahay in Lapu-Lapu City woke up to a gruesome discovery in their little village: the half-naked and mutilated body of Christine Lee Silawan.</p><p>Christine&apos;s death prompted national and international outrage, which put a lot of pressure on the country&apos;s police agencies to speed up investigation and find the perpetrator or perpetrators of Christine&apos;s murder.</p><p>After two arrests merely months after Christine&apos;s lifeless body was discovered, things finally looked like they could get better and justice could be served soon.
