The Masks We Wear

After a post I shared on my IGTV @imyourgotogirl and a session with my coach, this topic was vital for today. Vital for me to share that my masks and personas are still something I'm working on after discovering some beliefs within my work as a stylist yesterday. The masks we wear are there as a survival mechanism but we wear them at the detriment to our well-being. Think about the person you need to be, the person you aspire to be, that's your alterago. One that will help you shine, that's authentically you rather than working against you
