She’s sharing the “Magic Formula”, how it’s worked for her and how it can work for you as well.</p> <p><strong>Here’s what you need to know: you/we are not doing this alone.</strong></p> <p>Consistency is important in all kinds of things. Work, health and wellness, learning a new skill, and even things we like to do don’t just happen. It takes commitment.</p> <p>Even the most well intentioned of us have jumped into a new workout routine or tried to implement a new habit only to fall off track when life gets busy. In this episode, Patty explains why that happens and how to avoid that in the future.</p> <p><strong>Create space to allow the Divine to help you.</strong></p> <p>Hear how to know what is your 100% and what is left for the Divine. This is so helpful! Results come with small, consistent effort on a regular basis.</p> <p>It’s the difference between working out for 6 hours one day or week and working out for 30 minutes 6 days a week. We know that daily effort (in this example) trumps the intense but infrequent effort.</p> <p>Patty also shares an unexpected benefit that implementing her morning walks has brought to her. Something she didn’t even know she needed.
