The Jazz Room - September 2021

This month's Jazz Room starts off with an album that has just been named Album Of The Year in the recent 2021 Parliamentary Awards, plus big band fans should be pleased to hear the Stan Kenton Orchestra in full flow.  We'd also like to introduce you to a new American vocal group that sounds amazing called The Royal Bopsters. For Blues fans, the singer & guitarist Elmore James is something else!  There is also a request to hear sax player Dexter Gordon, and who recalls a visit to Crags Rats in Holmfirth in 2001 from the guitar legend that is Bucky Pizzerelli ?
