The importance of Transition & Separations

<p>It is very important to honor teh transition when we are in pain. Pain is not about what was and what will be, it's the inability to embrace the pain when in that transition. A lesson I recently have discovered and wanted to share. I speak mainly of the transition of divorce, separation, and after.
