The Importance of Place: Prakruti Vs. Vikruti

<p>Hi There, Today I have an episode where I unpack the Ayurvedic concepts of Prakruti and Vikruti. These are sanskrit words that are integral in the system of Ayurveda, the East Indian "Science of Life". First I wanted to emphasize that what we believe may be a fallacy, and that through leaning on ancient wisdom we can begin to decipher truth from falsity. This is important in our modern world where many opinions are flying around and it's hard to know what is real, and good advice. The best way to know is to check in with yourself, but we must be able to remove the obstacles that would prevent us from identifying that truth.&nbsp;</p> <p>Secondly, when you understand that we not only have a nature, but also are affected by our environment (and nurturance), this gives us agency to be the detective in our own life to find our optimal conditions for us to thrive and <strong>FEEL GOOD</strong>. I believe this is possible for each of us, we just must be open to trying things in order to find the right fit. I hope this episode is helpful.
